Comment Exchange, Do They Read Your Post Before They Comment?

One of its problems is, some Comment Exchange participants don't even read what you've posted. They'll just base their comments on the title of your post and you will eventually end up with an out-of-topic or an off-topic comment.

This Year's Street Dancing Competition At San Pablo City's Coco Festival Celebration 2013

My hometown of San Pablo City holds the Coco Festival Celebration every year. It's a week long celebration that leads to the City Fiesta and one of its highlights is the Street Dancing Competition.

San Pablo City Street Dancing Competition 2013

This year's Street Dancing Competition happened on January 13, 2013 and, just like in previous years, the street dancers marched down Rizal Avenue and only danced for the judges. What the hell! Why are they only dancing for the judges?

If the street dancers are only going to dance for the judges then why bother marching all the way from San Pablo City Central School. They're just wasting time, energy and effort because they could all just wait somewhere near the judges and dance when it's their turn.

This is also the reason why the people watching the event are crowding certain locations of Rizal Avenue. Waiting for the street dancers along the street is a waste of time because they won't see anything.

I don't know who came up with that idea but it has really messed up the Street Dancing Competition. Seriously, the street dancers shouldn't just dance for the judges, they should also dance for all the people that came to see them dance.

Anyway, I know that dancing non-stop from San Pablo City Central School to the City Plaza and back is very, very tasking for the body and that is why the organizers should reconsider letting small kids, like those in the Elementary, join the competition.

They could either limit the competition to High School and College Levels or change it into a Barangay Level Competition where only teens and adults could join. This way, the street dancers will have enough energy to muster dancing on the street for everyone, not just the judges.
