PLDT's MyBRO or SmartBRO's Fair Usage Policy sucks! Last night, I was downloading at 200kbps but, when I woke up this morning, my download speed dropped down to 20kbps and it sucks. The good news is, it's already the last day of the month and, that means, I'll get back my normal download speed of 200kbps tomorrow.
